About Us

When "our" story began we were both new to our CEO roles, learning the ropes of healthcare leadership in Washington State.  After a couple of years of professional friendship, we soon realized what we had more in common personally than we did professionally despite our careers as CEOs.  As Tom likes to say, "We liked to do the same things, the same way."

We love to golf, ride motorcycles, enjoy wine and do just about every outdoor recreation activity. We were married in 2010 and soon after enjoyed the privilege of living in the same house and providing leadership for the two hospitals in Grays Harbor County for nearly ten years. 

A few years later, we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our lives who has enriched not only our personal lives but our careers as well.  She reminds us daily about what is most important in life and who is actually the true CEO of the family.

Our Business

For years we have talked about creating "The Dream Team." This team would be made up of all the very best professionals we have had the honor and privilege of working with over the years. This group would have one mission -- to help others innovate and provide solutions that test the boundaries of the ordinary which are based in innovation, creativity and have an element of positive disruption.  

The only problem was we loved being married and we weren't sure working together was conducive to a long-term marriage! Actually, the truth is that we were always so busy with our regular day jobs that we just couldn't find the space we needed to make it a priority.

In 2019 the opportunity presented itself to launch our own company finally. We are both CEO's who have a passion for helping others and sincerely care about the people we work with. We love to find solutions that nobody has thought of, solutions that others have tried but not succeeded, solutions that others are afraid to try or better yet, a new way of doing something that has "always been done that way." 

We are excited to bring the best of what each of us has to offer individually; however, the real magic is what we can do as a team.  After ten years of marriage we can honestly say we are unique in our talents and experiences, but our best work is always better together. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to the "Jensen" type of Solution.
